Terms of Agreement
By proceeding with this application, I hereby certify that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that adopting a rescue dog from 603 Canine Rescue is a lifelong commitment of care, patience, and financial responsibility. I agree to participate in the adoption process and provide references as requested by the rescue team. I acknowledge that 603 Canine Rescue reserves the right to deny any application in the interest of the well-being of the rescue animals. I further agree that if I am ever unable to care for this dog, I will contact the rescue immediately for rehoming assistance. My signature or acknowledgment hereafter confirms my intent to provide a safe, loving forever home for a dog in need.
